Charles A. Whitaker's two-day auction next weekend at the New Hope Eagle Fire Company will be far more diversified than most vintage clothing sales, with artwork and antiques jostling with fall couture, such as an 1890s silk brocade ball gown by Catherine Donovan and a 1920s Fortuny Delphos gown with a presale estimate of $4,000 to $5,000.
